Our specialist team recognises the importance of completing audits on practice systems both effectively and efficiently with the minimum of disruption to the practice. Using the latest systems available, the focus of our audit is to draw attention to any breaches or potential breaches of the SARs within the practice. We then provide recommendations on improving systems to ensure that these occurrences can be resolved and avoided in the future.
