training programmes

At Kelsall Steele we actively encourage career development and provide professional training for Accountants, Administration and Investment Services staff alike.

We have set training programmes for the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT), Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), Association of Tax Technicians (ATT), Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and provide appropriate study leave. When staff are interested in pursuing the ICAEW training route Kelsall Steele is authorised to act as a Training Organisation.

For our Independent Financial Services all Independent Financial Advisers are CFP/FPC qualified (Certificates in Financial Planning). We also encourage our administration staff to work towards these to assist them in their role.
