needs. Each Client's team is led by a professionally qualified Manager, with responsibility
for a portfolio of clients.
Jenny Jordan - Accounts Assistant Manager
Jenny joined Kelsall Steele in 1991, originally working on various aspects of Accounts and
Audit. She then went on to specialise in Sage training and overseeing the Management Accounts
team. Jenny has a wide range of experience in Accounts, Management Accounts, Taxation and Sage products
for small and medium sized businesses across a range of industries.
Lydia Williams - Accounts Assistant Manager
Lydia joined Kelsall Steele in 2004, completing the AAT Qualification in 2006 and more recently passing all her
exams to achieve the Chartered Certified Accountancy qualification in 2010. Not one to stop there though, she has also achieved a
first class Honours Degree in Applied Accountancy.
Lydia works within Malcolm's team, dealing with the accounts and tax affairs of small and medium sized
businesses. She enjoys learning about the businesses around her and getting to know the people that
make them successful.
Elaine Andrewartha, BSc, ACA - Medical Specialist Manager
Elaine graduated in 1984 with a BSc (Hons) degree in Politics, Law and Economics.
She worked for a South Devon firm, Peplows, from 1987 to 1996.
During this time she trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant.
In 1996, Elaine returned to Cornwall and joined Bishop Fleming (a regional firm) in their Truro office as a manager of a general portfolio of clients dealing with a wide variety of sole traders, partnerships and small limited companies.
During her ten and a half years with the firm she dealt with various aspects of the clients' accountancy and taxation affairs.
Elaine joined Kelsall Steele in 2006 and since that time has been the manager in charge of medical practitioners, consultants and dental practitioners.
